Let’s get away from doing the traditional run on the treadmill or eliptical/bike workout and get the same type of workout through uncoventional ways.  Of course a cardio workout is always important and I by no means suggest that you should not use a treadmill or bike.  If you are looking for a way to spice up your workout, increase your heart rate, and burn some calories – then you’ve came to the right place!!!
