I sucked you in with the title, but I'm not all about looks. I lost 30lbs in 6 months doing fitness the only way, healthy living. I don't obsess, and I love to eat! My weakness is anything sweet! I workout and eat well, guess what?! It works! I am not an expert but I found a strategy, hope you enjoy my musings and thanks for visiting!
