This year is the first year I began receiving my vegetables through a CSA. I have really enjoyed the experience! Thanks to Farmer Dave’s, I can say that my diet just continues to get better and better. It’s like I’m forced to eat better, whether I like it or not. I get the vegetables, I have to cook them because this day in age you can’t just throw out food! At the same time, I get to experiment and get out of my comfort zone a bit!
